Return & Refund Policy – JAI Baker’s
At JAI Baker’s, we deal mainly in fresh food items such as sweets, bakery items, and fast food. Due to the nature of these products, we follow the policy below:
No returns or refunds are accepted for fresh, perishable, or custom-made items once the order is delivered or picked up.
If you receive a wrong item or a product that is damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery, please contact us immediately (within the same day) on our phone/WhatsApp number.
In such genuine cases, we will:
Replace the item, or
Provide a suitable refund or store credit, depending on the situation.
No refunds will be given for issues reported after the product has been used or after a long delay.
For bulk or special orders (party orders, custom items, etc.), no cancellation or refund is possible once the order is confirmed and preparation has started.
