We try our best to show accurate product images, but actual products may slightly differ in appearance as our items are freshly prepared.

Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after we accept it via call or WhatsApp.

Cancellation

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled for fresh, perishable, or custom-made items (such as sweets, cakes, or bulk orders).

Payment Methods

Payment can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD) or UPI, as informed at the time of order.

Delivery

Delivery is available only in nearby local areas. Delivery time may vary depending on workload, traffic, or other conditions. Customers can also choose store pickup.

Incorrect Details

JAI Baker’s is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.

Right to Refuse Orders

JAI Baker’s reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to reasons such as stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or any other issue.

Disputes & Jurisdiction
